From the Parker Family Collection comes this large assortment of original casting patterns. These patterns were saved by Mr. Parker when the copper mines surrounding the Salt Lake City area closed down. Offering over 400 historic pieces on this ONLINE ONLY auction. This is the first of two auctions for the Parker Family.

From I-215 Head northwest on UT-190 E toward 6200 S/Big Cottonwood Rd S. Continue onto Wasatch Blvd E for 2.3 miles. Turn right onto Wasatch Blvd. 1 mile Turn right onto UT-209 W/Little Cottonwood Rd, .5 miles the Destination will be on the left.

Conduction of the Auction: Conduct of the auction and bidding increments are at the direction and discretion of Nixon Auctioneers. Nixon Auctioneers reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason and also reserves the right to cancel this auction, or remove any item or lot from this auction prior to the close of bidding. All decisions of Nixon Auctioneers are final. Your bid on this auction indicates both an understanding and an acceptance of the terms of this contractual agreement between yourself and both Nixon Auctioneers and the Seller and that you, as the Bidder, are prepared to purchase items under these terms and conditions.
Inspections: It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct their own inspection. No testing or operational assessments have been made by Nixon Auctioneers. Contact the Seller or a Nixon Auctioneers representative prior to bidding to answer any questions regarding any item. All known material facts conveyed to Nixon Auctioneers have been disclosed. The buyer is accepting the property “as-is, where-is”
Internet Bidding: This is an ONLINE ONLY auction, the highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. By placing a bid, you agree to all of the terms and conditions which may be set forth by Nixon Auctioneers and expressly acknowledge and affirm that you have read and are familiar with the terms and conditions. Be prepared to bid accordingly. No fictitious bidding by the sellers will be allowed. All sales are final.

Auction Software: Nixon Auctioneers will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, Nixon Auctioneers reserve the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software, nor Nixon Auctioneers shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
Bidding Closure: Day, Month Date, and Year, Time of when auction will close for internet only auctions, auctioneer will use word “SOLD” for live auctions.
Register: All bidders must register and be in good standing with Nixon Auctioneers in order to bid on items listed on both simulcast and online auctions. Nixon Auctioneers reserves the right to remove a bidder for not complying with the terms and conditions. Photos and Videos: Please consider the photos and videos only part of the buying process and not the definitive authority. Photos and videos may or may not depict all the positives or negatives of an item. These photos, videos, and descriptions are to be used as guideline only. All bidders are responsible for their own personal inspection of the item(s).
Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids, resulting in the total purchase price. Buyers premium percentages will be visibly posted for every Nixon Auctioneers auction for buyers to review.

Payments will be made directly to Nixon Auctioneers, not to the sellers. Methods of payment include: cash, good check, cashiers check, or credit card with addition 4% added to total purchase price.
Bidder’s Payment: Payment instructions will also be included on your invoice. Successful bidders must contact Nixon Auctioneers within 24 hours after receiving their invoice to confirm their method of payment. - Payments must be received within 7 days after the conclusion of the auction - Any payment received between 7 to 14 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will be assessed a 2% late fee on the invoice total. - If payment is not received within 14 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys. - NO property will be released until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will result in buyer NOT TO PARTICIPATE in future auctions conducted by Nixon Auctioneers.
Removal and/or transportation of equipment shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Items can be picked up from September 16-21 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with the exception of Sept. 19 during the LIVE auction. Any items not removed within 30 days of the conclusion of the auction, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the auction or description of the item, will be considered abandoned and the purchase will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer. If the item has not been removed from the location, it is the seller’s discretion to place the item on the next available Nixon Auctioneers auction with proceeds less storage and commission payable to you (the buyer).
