Conduction of the Auction: Conduct of the auction and bidding increments are at the direction and discretion of Nixon Auctioneers. Nixon Auctioneers reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason and also reserves the right to cancel this auction, or remove any item or lot from this auction prior to the close of bidding. All decisions of Nixon Auctioneers are final. Inspections: It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct their own inspection. No testing or operational assessments have been made by Nixon Auctioneers. The buyer is accepting the property “as-is, where-is”

Internet Bidding: This is an ONLINE ONLY auction, the highest bid on online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. The Tyler Family have been collection steam engines, crawlers and tractors for over 60 years and have decided its time to share their collection with you at absolute auction! This sale features several RARE Monarch crawlers along with several very desirable tractors including a 15-25 Allis-Chalmers, Rumely Oil Pull L, Titan and the list goes on. Most of these tractors have been stored under roof and well kept, with the dry Montana air everyone is RUST FREE and in operating condition! Payment Information

Payment: Payments will be made directly to Nixon Auctioneers, not to the sellers. Methods of payment include: cash, good check, cashiers check, or credit card with addition 4% added to total purchase price

Payment instructions will also be included on your invoice. Successful bidders must contact Nixon Auctioneers within 24 hours after receiving their invoice to confirm their method of payment. - Payments must be received within 7 days after the conclusion of the auction - Any payment received between 7 to 14 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will be assessed a 2% late fee on the invoice total. - If payment is not received within 14 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys. - NO property will be released until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will result in buyer NOT TO PARTICIPATE in future auctions conducted by Nixon Auctioneers.

Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids, resulting in the total purchase price. Buyers premium percentages will be visibly posted for every Nixon Auctioneers auction for buyers to review.
Invoicing: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyers registered email at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an invoice via your email within 24 hours after the close of the auction, please contact: Nixon Auctioneers 1-800-535-5996.

Removal Information

Removal and/or transportation of equipment shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any items not removed within 30 days of the conclusion of the auction, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the auction or description of the item, will be considered abandoned and the purchase will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer. If the item has not been removed from the location, it is the seller’s discretion to place the item on the next available Nixon Auctioneers auction with proceeds less storage and commission payable to you (the buyer).
